National Sex Offender Registry project – worked as lead for the National Sex Offender Registry project that became the apex in web crawling and data extraction to compile and track registered Sex Offenders nationally.

Neno Research, Inc.-“National Sex Offender Registry Aggregator” provided nationwide real- time and batch-time www crawler that collects, parses and updates all information on active registered sex offenders nationwide including Native American nations, territories, and all 50 US states.

Virtual Information Systems, Inc. master GIS data parser which provided a uniform ML (Machine Learning) aided output of all US property addresses regardless of the condition of input data.

Red Chip Enterprises-Developed client defined application to real-time gather stock market data and process for probability and predictability of red chip markets throughout China.

NIAID (National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases) Participated in development of personal informational federal NIH portal to track, analyze, graph, trend and predict spread on highly infectious diseases across global demographic groups.

In 2017 he teamed with Robert Di Cerbo and has since taken his inception and turned it into a tangible set of probability/predictability research tools and together they created the MCLWS Guide to winning lotteries considered now as the most comprehensively effective lotteries winning system.

Robert’s study of quantum theory has allowed him to EMULATE quantum calculations to vet data collections spanning 50 years. His quantum simulation programs, although not true quantum as the field/hardware is still in its infancy, have successfully performed similar algorithmic processes on a smaller level with astounding success.

Robert has developed countless RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and ETL (Extraction Transformation Loading) solutions for numerous clients large and small.

Robert Di Cerbo, COO, after completing studies at Central Washington State College, Hunter College and Villanova University, Robert had a successful career in theatre, tv, and film.



After moving to Florida he became a successful business owner in the travel industry and served as the executive director of a new non-profit community arts center.

Returning to the private sector his interests in exploring creative ideas for empathetic advancements led him to joining in 2017 with Robert Prislupsky.

Together they have taken an initial probability inception and turned it into a tangible set of probability/predictability research tools.

Now able to utilize proprietary advanced engineering for precise data extraction Robert is leading the new leads development program at Krebleads.
